Comparing AGY's dumpster fire of two failed plants which demonstrated they don't work to Rio paying $825M for something as though they have some equivalence doesn't put you in a position to accuse anyone else of performing in comedy hour, you have that niche quite well covered.
The only thing AGY has of value is the environmental permit, whatever they can sell of the sacks of white powder in the back shed, and the leftover croissants from the abandoned bakery.
