i only agree that SN leave is because of the boards want to deal with Gina.
SN has done a wonderful job and one of the greatest was getting millions from Gina take over battle. This ensure STx has enough cash and is not required to raise any capital from the market. He may not delivered as what he has promised but some of them are outside his control. I guess some may be just to calm the market.
Just wish him all the best, take some good rest and there will be another opportunity waiting for him.
