Ann: CEO Transition and Strategic Review, page-72

Can't say I'm thrilled with this announcement but something had to give and it turns out to be our CEO who has given and that is unfortunate as for my part he has given already.
I think the section in the announcement regarding the strategic review clearly gives shareholders a picture of what is being reviewed and what may transact.
I don't believe SN has been worn down I think he is Mr Energy and has done a good job in energising this company, But in the end it appears his ambitions may well be getting in the way of what is really best for StrikeEnergy in this current situation.
I may not be rapped with todays news but I'm also respecting the boards decision and I am of the opinion that company had to reassess its position with certain projects for it to be able to continue operations without the pressure that has been on for sometime and stiffeling any company progression on the scoreboard.
Not sure how the market will be reacting initially but I'm pretty sure it will be reacting positively with what is likely to be presented, or has already been presented.
Never a dull moment with this stock and my bet is still very much stay involved.
The board have made a move and let's face it a move was needed to be made, just wasn't expecting this one.
