Likely, interesting discussion though which puts the spotlight on the practical difficulties of "standardizing" a design and build of a nuclear reactor due to the inherent need to take into account local conditions from the natural (geological, seismic etc) to the political and economical (regulatory) and how that begins to play back favor to large scale. Last time I checked there are roughly 15 AP1000's slated to be built in the next 5 years, if those builds start to show a decreasing cost then I won't be surprised if Westinghouse's order book for the next two decades starts to fill up quickly.
