Most of what you said is right on the money
I use different figures to you though it does scream BUY!
Assume gold price of $1,200 n costs of $800
Thats a margin of $400 x 100,000 = $40m ebit
Using a P/E of only 10 should give a share price of $0.15
Also costs of $800 many have concluded low grade ore is being processed atm, which can be a good thing going forward as we get rid of the low grade ore. Only looking up from there with decreasing costs as the grade increases.
And as reserved increase in TI I'm sure SP will follow.
