    Thanks marc,

I searched the archives and found that in the last three years, apart from two directors who took part in the spp, only Dennis Brockenshire has purchased shares. That was back on the 8/9/2008. He spent just over $35k and a quick calc says the sp was around 6c. With the chief collecting around $200k/year in salary alone it would give holders both current and prospective confidence if he had bought shares in the last three years, especially with the COLDRY deal.
I thought that the TinCom deal was signed and sealed? Apart from being reliant on the vic gov having to fund and construct port and rail infrastructure to realise the large majority of this deal, are their other clauses which could see the whole thing fall flat on its face? What is the delay?
With the COLDRY technology now being superseeded by other innovations in this area, is it possible that Thang Luong could reneg on this deal?
At the current sp it is tempting to buy a small parcel of ESI but I would need to be certain these issues are resolved first, as despite the chance of HUGE returns I'm not a gambling man and I certainly don't wish to be left holding a 'flat line' stock for years and years. Been there before.
It seems strange that directors are not buying, even just for the purpose of averaging down their current small holdings and injecting some confidence into the company, particularly with its current residual earnings at $0.
