There is almost nothing new in this announcement, other than a few dates (which actually just demonstrate how early stage discussions still are), and no obligation on Kospo. I doubt they've spent a cent, and its only Brad pushing this announcement as a way to secure his notes before February when trading halt lifts. You can bet your bottom dollar he can't raise any more, and the suspension will be extended indefinitely, until administration or liquidation - at this rate Q2.
