The only way I see the bleeding in SP fall when the TH is lifted will be the level of proactive actions taken to remedy this injustice by Breezey between now and then.
lodge action on Monday and lift TH (make announcement) on Tuesday. Get on that front foot and pressure pressure pressure.
I appreciate Modes obvious experience in this area and the insights given are fantastic. The only thing that I counter that opinion with is the NOPTA approval. NOPTA recommended approval and a part of that approval is the consideration of financial capacity.
