I have mentioned in the past about Stu's passion for STX, reflected by how badly he took it when SE appraisal took a turn for the worse even though it was mostly mother nature serving us a warm flat beer. I am also thankful that Saul Kavonic and the media is covering Stu in positive light (and quite just too) for his value creation for STX holders. If anything is to go by with his resignation (presumably because he refused to sell anything), it really does show he was a CEO intent on the long game and looking at long term value creation for the company and its shareholders.
