I reckon we've done alright in a few hundred years and I'm sure there'd be worse places to live. From what I've seen is that each generation is better than the one previous and they have their own challenges, the current challenge is to what degree ($'s, legal, effort) we identify and respond to what seems to be a never ending list of issues that affects minorities, where's the cut off point?
You could ask 'what challenges did Boomers have?'... well it's an argument I'll not win and I don't want to pit one generation against another and despite sticking up for Boomers against one eyed "Whoa is me, it's all Boomers fault", I reckon the current generation is so much better than mine in so many ways.
