But, given it is a Hansard extract from 2021, I have no idea if that is the first time they became aware or not.
Given it is from 2021, I wouldn't call it new.
Up until a decision by the ALP was handed down, it couldn't be used anyway.
That decision has now been handed down, so as of that point, it becomes highly relevant.
