Sheesh jibby,
A long lead time for those floating rigs; 5 - 6 months!
If PCL and WDS need to be drilling by Jan next year then we need to tender by Apr (allow 3 months establishment and buffer).
Surely they need environmental and other approvals before then, and those must take several months.
It is nearly end-Jan and there has been no movement!
My old project manager risk antennas are starting to twitch. I cannot understand the endless delay to announce buy-in / drill here.
