There is every chance that this could be a case of duck-shooting.

Now would be a typically useful time for TTT or La Jolla to do their stuff to the share price, as opposed to making money and upsetting people when the share was 2cents.
I don;'t think its indicative of there being something in the wind...but a profit is a profit and at the moment its LJ and TTT who are in the best position to gain from this price as it is at the very top of its recent trading range.
