The fact that they are using the 'same' reasons for refusal as per scummbo after 2 years is - how do I put it nicely - ASSHOLERY!!!!!!!!!!!!
The NSW Minerals whatever (who was she? Jamie Tripodi?) could not find anything new to refuse the permit and went back to scummbo??? They were assessing it from - I assume - Oct 2023!!!
They relied on 5km ban - which failed
Now they are relying on scummbo's reasons..... which were not tested before... and must now be tested and hopefully REPUTED by the Court as being 'unfounded' and more ASSHOLERY!!!!!!!!...
