End of Feb sounds about right. They still need to finalise the placement to european investors. Announce the EGM date and get a YES vote. Then they can pay SOCA and finalise everything.
The market still thinks its a done deal.
Any hint of failure and we would all exit, pushing sp down to 0.3c
