We don't need to go one step further< Ionic Technologies Job is to process Magnet Products and mixed rare earth carbonates and refine them into Separated High Purity Rare Earth Oxides (Nd Pr Tb Dy Ho), Thus having a Small Capex and small Opex,

We have partners that have Manufacturing Facilities to further process the Rare Earth Oxides, Less Common Metals commercial facility is expanding the Nd/NdPr metal production from a 2-cell operation to a 6-cell operation in the UK. This expansion will increase the capacity from 55 tons per cell per annum to a total capacity of 330 tons per annum to meet rising demand.

LCM has installed two furnaces for the processing of dysprosium (Dy) and terbium (Tb) to scale up production in response to demand. LCM decided to expand metal making capabilities to include Dy and Tb because these are classed as heavy rare earths (HRE) and hold significant value.

Next we are in partnership with VAC they already have Commercial manufacturing facilities for producing Magnets all over the world so no need for IXR to fork out for money for that.
