re: litigation with cba Yak, the Commission is not a Court. From my own experience in the law, I would not be touching this one. A huge risk factor that the case will go against them - take no comfort whatsoever from the Commission finding. I'll only consider buying once the lawsuit is dismissed and CBA decides not to proceed further (IF indeed that is the outcome). I'm with top-pick on this one.
