I think a lot will depend on who is in Government. If the ALP stays in, they will fold quietly, and we will follow the same route as Pathfinder which was ultimately approved. If the Libs get in, they may push alomg a bit further to take the opportunity to embarass Husic, King, and Albanese. They will still follow model litigant protocol and fold before trial. JMO.
