I get that - my question was why walk away from a deal that puts money in the bank and you have the existing infrastructure to do it. According to the announcement they are not selling iSentric. They are still servicing clients, so why cancel this agreement? We all know they are going to need more CRs and capital for BNPL in USA, so why walk away from cash in the pocket?
