The combo of 4 year pres cycle and 10 year dec cycle match up on a 20 year basis so it pays to look back to Jan 1991 here for starters.
Jan 16-17 was the low then so this time could be significant.
Although not an obvious low, the end of a consolidation period is certainly valid.
I guess we will know within a few days.
Last 11 years has seen Jan down for the US, but does that mean we follow?
