for example, IF the Board are only selling WE, then Gina is the only buyer, who won't pay MV, she will pay her price, take it or leave it.
IF the entire company goes up, then maybe ... another bidder appears, if not, again Gina will pay her price, take it or leave it.
Gina knows she can do to Us, what we did to WGO, bleed them out slowly.
