there will absolutely be a CR coming as they need to cover some shortfall... that said this project is in excess of 80% funded via non dilutive means..
NPV $2.5b+ pretty well funded now.... who knows what the SP will do over the next few months with this company but FA wise this is a no brainer $250m MC imo
