RED was attractive the way it was prior to SLR merger. I had good hopes for both as separate entities moving forward. I have small free carried holding in both.
VAU on the other hand is a bit of a dogs breakfast because the merger fog still hangs. I saw the same price weakness that happened after the NST SAR merger.
VAU shareholders (me included) need to give their holding time for that merger fog to dissipate. This will also give BOD and management time to execute the synergies. Hoping for a GMD knight in shining armour to swoop in and rescue VAU from its current predicament is foolish.
