not sure why this needs to be pointed out but they assured the public and GOU that THEY would mine it under ESG principles. What happens after it's sold if that's what happens has nothing to do with IXR and everything to do with who ever buys it and the government that's is responsible for making sure of compliance. you should also be well aware that that's generally the way chats with the CEO's/ management goes they must be vague when answering questions if that answer hasn't been disclosed publicly already.
yes if sold its no longer our problem no logical person would think otherwise but we've seen on many occasion you and logic don't mix well
