How ever with what I have learnt and know I can often identify people that are not as smart as they make out. Like your friend fish like to pretend he understands economics and of course when I see people who are into conspiracy theories it begs the question of just how smart they are.

You see smart people rely on evidence and facts, conspiracy theorist put aside evidence and fact and instead join imaginary dots to come to a conclusion
