LV may have access to rail and loading infrastructure ALREADY, but this does not go to port does it?
The line does not go direct to Geelong, it could either go into Melbourne and switch like how coal travels through Sydney's suburban lines or it could go back to towards Ballarat and switch there. Not a big deal, the main thing is it is there and goes to port.
So where is this 10 year prediction pulled from, is that simply based on the length of time someone else took to secure a mine extension? If so LOL...
