I 100% agree with you on this years markets looking shaky and I am also cash on various portfolios.
Regardless if this year is poor economically, MMR is at ridiculously low worthy buying levels. Not say Pep11 gets overturned and approved, it would still be worth a lot more even in a financial crisis then where it is currently.
