A trading halt allows bids and offers to be placed, and the match price adjusts accordingly, so anyone who wants to be in can bid up now. As long as their bid exceeds the match price they are in.

A trading suspension does not allow any bids or offers to be placed.

The current match price is 16.5, but the volume matched has dropped slightly from earlier today.

I'm inclined to think that there might be something extra announced too, although the PFS will need some analysing. I just hope its timing does not meet a weaker general metal market.
