This talk of drill baby drill is nonsense - he can’t make others drill oil and gas its shareholders of the independent energy companies who make these decisions and are making more rational decisions of late. Perhaps royalty relief might help aside from this what can he actually do to incentivise production if the economics do not work for oil companies to increase production.
