hold hold hold
I am going out on a limb here
this stock is going to be one of the feature stocks of 2011
SP didnt move much higher today
I agree with Tibbs
poor investor understanding
on trading threads this morning a few read the ann as overall resource increase 94% & got excited
excitement was gone as soon as they realize no magic massive JORC figures
I found Aus investors:
are fan of grades only. On another stock that hit 100m intersection of just below 1% copper, open at depth & along strike, a few jumped on to say poor result aslow grades. please.....
the bigger JORC figure, the better. yes bigger JORC figure is good for ST movement because most follow the hype & the story sounds better, but the real smarts pay attention to the category & the different value attributed to each category.
here is a research by BDO
"We have re-run our analysis to determine differentiated values for ?measured?,
?indicated? and ?inferred? resource ounces to include the Canadian, Australian and
South African markets as well as the London one. In doing so, we have been able
to determine that the average value of a ?measured? resource ounce globally is
US$340/oz, while that of an ?indicated? ounce is US$159/oz and that of an
?inferred? ounce is US$34/oz"

yes that's right, our 130k measured resource could be more valuable today than 1.3m inferred resource
Tibbs is on the money again.
Lack of understtanding makes MYG an outstanding value investment
so what wil move sp in ST tho?
ask investors themselves
they dont understand value
the only thing they look up to is further drilling & results
and I see MYG is trying to deliver that too.
outstanding value as it is already
plus further exploration upside potential in ST
the herd will be back leading up to ressults
while Im enojoying filling my bags atm :)
