Wow, you dont any commercial pilots do you?

I can tell you have never worked in operations at an airport.

Or a Dr or Nurse? 24hr straight shifts during busy times.

    Or any serving police?

Police work 7 days straight 1 day off then 7 nights straight.

My ambo missus did 2 12 hr days and 2 12 hr nights then 3 days off 24/7 365 days mate.

My best mate is in finance and a CA who does 50 hrs a week on weekdays then a little more over the weekend.

Yes working in your office is different from throwing bricks but horses for courses. He and his wife renovate their places in spare time.

In retail on Friday I would start at 5am and finish at 9pm (open and closing late night shopping) then back there at 5am next day to set up for my 8hr (half day).

Poor me as a 18yo, nope, first house bought at 22 just over 5x my salary at the time. Then 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th (4th and 5th with ex wife) then 6th and 7th which were farmland purchases).
