I did not say that the Chinese would BUY it, only that they will probably mine it ~ the GOU will quickly sell them the leases if IXR do not continue to pay the annual retention fees or meet the required expenditure. Tim & Co are caught between a rock and a hard place, I can't see anybody Government or Investors giving them money to spend on Makuutu!
