You know this how? It was mentioned last month at the 6.5c cap raise webinar the deal came about in part thanks to Ting and imec. DM might be incompetent in many ways but I'd be careful calling him a blatant liar and not sure what the point is lying about Infineon and which party initiated it. is it so hard to believe Infineon knows people at imec and knows Ting and approached them in unison as they liked what they saw and then things spiraled?
I do believe when he traveled to Silicon Valley we was not aware he would meet with Infineon so sounds like this all happened quite quickly. If 4DS inititated a deal from the ground up it would have started way back in May or so as these things take time as it takes time finding the right person to talk to and such. The only way it can be sped up is if Infineon leads the deal and the deal maker is already present at the initial meetings
I'd be careful claiming DM is lying about this, lying about that and constantly lying
I believe Infineon sees something in the tech that some people here obviously do not. In that case why not sell out and move on?
