I think if COAST fails ie. below 3 letters then OPTB maybe drop down to maybe 10c as there is a lot of time value left and SHORE pending. On the flip side, OPTA may drop below 5c. I don’t expect a complete wipeout immediately.

Mgt probably has all the efficacy data at 52w already from ph2b unofficial open label that shows the BCVA gains do not degrade over time otherwise they would have not been able to extract nearly 200M USD from caryle who are specialist life science investors. What is in doubt in my opinion is whether it will be 4+ letters or 5+ letters.

Also by juicing the trial design heavily in their favour they are basically shooting fish in a barrel with ph3 IMO
