I reckon that you are crazy to think that anyone - except maybe Daiichi - would take out BTA.

If BTA held full rights to LANI the situation would be different, but you don't get unfettered access to the product if you buy BTA. Instead. . . if you are big pharma. . . .. you are just declaring your hand that you are red-hot keen to take LANI to market. . . . and so the Japs have you over a barrel because you can only commercialise with their blessing.

Exciting prospects, yes. Near term M&A, you're dreaming.
