EGM Interest, page-130

I am simply aghast at the total unwillingness of major shareholders to take seriously the current share price and hold DM to account. Don’t shareholders have any dignity, shame or self-respect?? It’s like some coke-addled gambler doubling down thinking, “But it will be different NEXT time!!”
Since an EGM looks unlikely (even removal of the sales bonus pool looks unlikely), let’s make sure that at the next AGM Dave is severely punished and completely excluded from the sales bonus pool and Ting gets Dave’s share of the pie instead.
Dave is by far and away the most disgraceful man at the helm of any company I have ever invested in on the ASX. He has ZERO concept of accountability or responsibility. He reminds me of the old joke “What do you call a plane-full of lawyers with two empty seats - which is about to crash? A crying shame…”
