I've been adamant that they will receive a $100m debt facility to draw on. Even if the CAPEX requirements are closer to $50m in cash that needs to be sourced (Which I doubt because they will have a high cash burn on staffing and drilling the 1H 2025), they will get favourable terms so why not take advantage of good sentiment when it comes the time to ask hard questions.
Would be a disaster to get caught shorthanded before the plant is fully operational at nameplate and have to raise / re-neg at less than favourable terms.
