Hazer is a a first mover in this approach to methane pyrolysis which is materially more cost effective, and the proprietary features of the HAZER process provide high quality carbon and hydrogen materials from a very problematic gas (for the atmosphere).

Methane is a much stronger greenhouse gas than CO2 which is grabbing most of the attention in part because methane is also part of the transition plan from coal fired power to renewable energy. Unfortunately, that won't completely solve our little hot house problem and methane leakage and generation from agriculture and waste decomposition needs to be addressed.

There are lots of companies trying to abate Carbon and Hazer has the key to it the most cost effective and amenable byproducts. HAZER can transform methane to solid carbon (useful and easy to manage) and hydrogen (alternate to carbon based fuels).
It is commercially viable as of now essentially and the main focus for Glenn and Co. now will be to get in as many meetings as possible with gas producers and CO2 heavy industries and show them the numbers and product. Especially those companies that have just realized the hydrolysis to produce H2 from water is VERY expensive and they are ripping up existing plans to deal with their carbon intensive activities (I am looking at you Twiggy).

Hazer may also be able to play a part in CO2 abatement as there are now less energy intensive methods of making methane from CO2. Coupled with renewable power this path could potentially abate a lot of captured CO2 into solid carbon and useful hydrogen.
