was ipo really successful?

from the last 2 days' performance of the stock i wonder if the shares had been fully placed out or are they sitting with the underwriters?

seems unusual that it should remain under par for 2 days when the asx indices hit new records!

i believe the worries about the vcr lawsuit is taking its toll; if successful all the $30mil raised will not be sufficient to compensate vcr for the infringement and WORSE OF ALL it will become a NO PRODUCT COMPANY.
