You're making a good point about A2m outsourcing a majority of its manufacturing (unlike Bub).
It can partly (fully ?) explain the difference of staff costs between the 2 companies.
I wonder if Bub has thought to do the same. It would be a good way to decrease their breakeven.
Regarding A2 Milk gross margin for H1 25, not sure about the trend.
So far, they were indicating that H1 25 gross margin should be down, due to higher air freight.
