they are already....look at the buy/sell depth now with 3.2x the buyers in huge qty and seems we are already sitting at 2.20ish ....I think this deserve to break $3 today/tomorrow we need one day of 20-30% gain on this surely.....
hold on tight and fasten the seat belts....this is huge announcement, dont underestimate....
