    re: Ann: Otto Secures Drilling Rig for Leyte ... well the anns out not looking too flash in my opinion so they are pulling the plug on the deepwater targets in sc 51 and retaining 40% of onshore sc 51. nothing to really write home about SWAN will however pay the first US$1.5 of duhat-1 costs any others views ?
