    Yes, my read from the OEL perspective is that there is confidence that BHP is a goer...

    Strategy as been a lot of houskeeping (Argentina, Turkey, Low quality Philippine assets) - indicates that the main game is about to commence I'd say...

    Expect to wait for a well in the PNOC/BHP acerage to the south of 55 - but if it looks good then it is game on.
