This is what Skol first said in response to my post asking him for evidence that bubbles don't end in a burst.

Then he responds after that with the following:

Yes Skol did it again. Real Estate in other countries beside Australis DID burst and didn't go out in a whimper and you acknowledge that.

However Australian real estate is still in a bubble.
