OK, you do realise that the aim of the process is to remove the water from coal, not to create potable water?
You do realise that the water ESI produces will be used for the power station it attaches onto and as such will be an industrial water use, the same as Exergen?
Therefore those points are irrelevant. Anything else or is that it?
