it is happening imo, but even when we break the 12 cent this could still happen until the price just moves at a fast rate to shake off the price control system imo, this shall take some large volume but is possible, but lets see it shall be very interesting, 12 cents plus is the 1st steping stone imo...
lets have some fun, enjoy the ride upwards share holders the end target shall be $?.?? imo & this shall be remaining in my mind but i shall be around for a while... good luck
