Lubna Matta who previously resigned as one of the Genius directors is now back as an executive director and someone with 0 childcare experience – great just what we need… more genius people.
She is clearly there for Genius with the hopeless Chairman David Niall now gone. Completely destroyed the company with Ashok and both are fleeing a sinking ship they put holes in.
Hidden at the bottom is that Heidi one of the two new Independent directors who has been there for what 6 months has decided to resign as of today for ‘personal reasons’. I’m calling bullshit something stinks here. Genius controlling the company still ffs.
i will be reaching out to Heidi. I’m also going to reach out Roseanne As the new Chair who is supposedly independent but allowing all of this.
