Paris27, I understand the workload requirements of an executive director/joint company secretary of a $300M+ public company, I'm sure that he doesn't get 200 emails a day, if he hasn't got the time to reply then he should instruct his PA to at least acknowledge his incoming correspondence, I don't intend to ask again, once is enough, when I receive no reply then I lose confidence, if he hasn't got the time to do the job properly then move on and let somebody else do it, nobody, and I mean nobody, is irreplaceable. Remember that he does actually work for the shareholders.
DP, effective time management is a skill that not everybody possesses, however I think you're right, he knee jerks on the issues that touch a raw nerve, difficult and probing questions are shunted to the bottom of the pile, maybe we should all just email him and ask after his good health instead.
