I’m guessing, it’s standard meeting, they cancelled the last shareholders meeting (quarterly that ArU were regularly doing), as they were hustling. Ie don’t want to face shareholders after they were called out for sloppy conduct. Aka - helping the shorters and messing up the funding amounts.
Im not confident it’s related to anything spectacular.
That being said, at least they have stopped hiding… given DC brought with him the ‘attitude’ of ignoring shareholders questions.
