I'm starting to wonder whether ASX needs to be made aware that Shawn, the company secretary / unelected board member, has been privately giving info to placate shareholders, some info that is not announced because it is so dubious e.g. that the company only has to hold an AGM to have its suspension lifted.
Hmmmm.....

Intentionaly misleading shareholders is usually regarded as illegal & not acceptable.
AKP shareholders love it though "please tell us what we want to hear in the most ambiguous way possible so we can let our imaginations run wild"
